A Timeless Staple
IAWL isn’t just a show to round out our year—it’s a timeless staple, one that our audience returns to again and again at the most magical time of year.
Whether it’s your first time at the show or you’ve been attending for years, there’s no better way to ring in the holiday season than with The Theater Project.
Bring friends and family, take refuge from the winter cold in the warmth of the Oakes Center Theater, and join us as we share time-honored tradition with the NJ community.
We hope to see you there!

Oakes Center
120 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ
The Oakes Center is run by the Tiger Baron Foundation -- online directions refer to the building under both names.
The main entrance to the building is on Russell Place, near the corner of Morris Avenue. There is a ramped entrance on the south side of the building to the left of the main entrance.
Parking is tight -- arrive early.
There is some street parking -- obey signs as posted.
By going around the very long block from the front entrance, you will find a small parking lot behind the Oakes Center on Ashwood Avenue, with a path that takes you to the south side door. This lot fills quickly.
The Summit Community Center is one block east of The Oakes Center, and their lot is the best bet if you are cutting it close!
